Forms of Payment

We accept PayPal, FPX online banking, Visa, Master Card, GrabPay, eWallet and AMEX.

All stored powered by Shopify are PCI compliant. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify.  What is PCI? Read HERE.

All packages are shipped from URStore Fulfilment & Logistic Warehouse, No. 26, Jalan Anggerik Mokara 31/59, Kawasan Industri Kota Kemuning, 40460 Shah Alam, Selangor.

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping starts at RM5.90 for packages under RM200, or free for orders over RM200 shipping in Malaysia. Your order will be shipped via domestic logistic partners such as Ninjavan, DHL, Fedex, Poslaju & other dependent on the package weight and delivery area. It usually takes about 2-5 business days, depending on the destination. International shipping will take 5-10 business days, depending on customs clearance process at the destination countries. All order will be deliver using registered courier with tracking details.

Go Campthing Shop IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered. Please choose signature confirmation or be prepared to take responsibility if your package is stolen from your doorstep, or mailbox or P.O BOX address after the tracking shows that it is delivered.

International Shipping

International packages are shipped via Aramex, which takes 7-14 business days to clear customs to most destinations. It includes end to end tracking. Remote area surcharge outside Malaysia may apply depending on origin or destination postal codes.

Delivery times are only estimating and may/may not be the actual delivery standard experienced. Any delay at the destination country is beyond the control of respective courier company. All order will be deliver using registered courier with tracking details.

Customs Duty Fees

Please note that some countries charge customs fees or VAT taxes at the time of receipt. This is not collected, pre-paid, or determined by Go Campthing Shop in any way. The customer must pay any applicable customs fees or taxes at the time of receipt. Customs clearance can sometimes hold up packages.

IMPORTANT - If you do not collect it from customs, the customs fees and return shipping are billed back to us. Any charges that we incur will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Return your unused, unmodified products are eligible for exchange of equal or lesser value or a full refund (less shipping) for 14 days after receipt. Kindly return your order together with your Go Campthing Shop invoice.

Any products with sweat, dirt, mud stains, or odors will be ineligible for return. Please make sure your returned products are free from pet hair, grass, debris, dirt, etc. or they may be rejected or charged a 20% restocking fee. 

Returns and exchanges outside of the 14-day period, will not be accepted.  Any products outside of the 14-day period that experience issues due to a “Manufacturer Defect” will be eligible to have the item replaced. kindly email us for a Return Form that you need to fill in, and send the items down together to our warehouse. Upon receipt our Returns Department will process the item and get in touch with you within 1 - 3 weeks. Only items that are received in their original condition will be processed.

Go Campthing is not responsible for the return shipping costs, damaged, or lost items in return transit.

We will reply with an RMA form that includes our address and instructions. All packages must include an RMA form to be processed.
